1. Description of Services

The Platform provides a Professional Social Media Management and Editorial Calendar system designed to help brand marketing teams collaborate, streamline, and professionally plan and schedule their media assets. Our tools enable users to synchronize authorized content distribution and access aggregate account analytics via official platform APIs.

Note: The Platform strictly complies with third-party platform policies. Any form of automated spamming, malicious data scraping, or platform abuse is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts & Multi-Workspace Management

Users may create workspaces to manage their authorized brand accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace.

3. Content Authorization and Compliance

By connecting your third-party social media accounts (such as TikTok) via official OAuth 2.0 authentication, you grant the Platform the necessary permissions to publish your designated media assets on your behalf. You guarantee that all uploaded content is fully original, legally owned by you, and compliant with all applicable laws and third-party Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Publish unauthorized commercial communications, spam, or misleading content.
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or manipulate platform engagement metrics.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Platform's security infrastructure.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform's ecosystem.
